Sifflet - Data sharing table maintenance – Maintenance details

We are rebuilding some internal tables used for data sharing, in order to simplify the data pipeline and improve its performance. Data may be less fresh than usual during the maintenance (up to 2h additional refresh latency). Some tables may be briefly unavailable. The schema and content of the tables isn't impacted by this migration.
