    This incident has been resolved and the sharing is now being correctly refreshed for all cells.

    We're currently migrating the faulty connector to a new solution so that this kind of incident does not reproduce in the future.

    We identified that data updates were not being propagated correctly to the data shares (such as Snowflake listings) for customers in cell eu-west-1-c, due to an issue with Snowflake. We are currently implementing a fix, and already moving on a more robust solutions to make sure this kind of incidents do not reproduce in the future.

    Data sharing is the only impacted feature.
